Levels of Care
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP):
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides flexible and structured care, perfect for individuals balancing recovery with daily responsibilities like work or school. Offered three days a week, this program focuses on building lifelong recovery skills through evidence-based therapies, group sessions, and individualized care plans. IOP is ideal for those transitioning from residential treatment or seeking a step-up in support to maintain long-term sobriety.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP):
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers a higher level of care designed to promote stability and personal growth during the early stages of recovery. With comprehensive treatment provided five days a week, PHP includes a combination of individual therapy, group sessions, and holistic wellness activities to address both mental health and addiction. This structured environment helps individuals develop tools to maintain sobriety and achieve sustainable progress in their recovery journey.
Individual Therapy:
Individual therapy provides a private, one-on-one setting where you can work with a licensed therapist to address your unique challenges, experiences, and goals. Sessions are tailored to your specific needs, allowing you to explore the root causes of addiction, manage mental health concerns, and develop personalized coping strategies. This personalized approach is a cornerstone of effective addiction treatment.
Group Therapy:
Recovery is stronger when it’s shared. Group therapy offers a supportive and encouraging environment where individuals can connect with others on similar journeys. Led by skilled therapists, these sessions foster open communication, peer support, and shared learning, helping participants develop healthy interpersonal skills and feel less isolated in their recovery.
Family Support:
Addiction affects not just the individual but their loved ones as well. Our family support services focus on rebuilding trust, strengthening relationships, and fostering open communication within families. Through educational workshops, family therapy sessions, and support groups, we help families understand the complexities of addiction, improve dynamics, and become a source of strength and encouragement during recovery.
